Medical / Pharmacy / Dental / Vision Plan Coverage:
Employees that made insurance benefit changes effective January 1, 2025, will be issued new insurance cards. Covered members and dependent(s) will receive a separate BCBS Medical/Rx, BCBS Dental, and BCBS Vision card. These are mailed to your home address for your records. Employees that did not make changes to coverage for 2025 benefits will continue to use your current cards.

Newly Hire Employees:
Benefit eligible employees hired after January 1, 2025, will receive Aeropres Benefit enrollment materials in the New Hire Packet provided during new employee orientation.  Please review all enrollment information and return completed paperwork with your HR/Payroll forms once reviewed by your Plant Manager or Supervisor.

For additional insurance cards, please contact member services at the number on the back of each card.

Please contact Human Resources if you have not received cards by Friday, January 8th.
