A 401(k) Plan is an employer sponsored retirement plan that allows you to put money away for retirement.
Aeropres employees have two options: Traditional 401(k) - AND - the Roth 401(k)

We want you to be able to cover yourself at retirement so it's important you understand the benefits of the Aeropres plan. We encourage you to take full advantage of this benefit so you can achieve your retirement goals.

Example:
If you contribute: 10%, then Aeropres contributes: 5%
If you contribute: 8%, then Aeropres contributes: 4%
Eligibility - Six months of service - then quarterly enrollment begins the first of the following months: January, April, July, October

- Aeropres will also match 50 cents on the dollar up to 10% of employees contribution
