Life Insurance
Aeropres provides Basic Life Insurance coverage to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee. This benefit is 100% company paid.
Life insurance is provided to our employees during their employment at Aeropres so that dependents can be provided a level of financial protection in the event of a loss.
Coverage provided (100% company paid):
If you are under the age of 65 at time of enrollment, Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefits will reduce by the percentage of 35% at age 65 and 50% at age 70. Group Term Life benefits terminate at retirement.

- Basic Life benefits pays your beneficiary 2 1/2 times your annual salary (Maximum benefit is $275,000)
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment pays at 2 1/2 times your annual salary (Maximum benefit is $275,000)
- Dependent Life - Aeropres purchases a $10,000 life policy to cover employee’s spouse (if married), and a $5,000 life policy for dependent children (up to age 26)
- Newborn Child Benefits begin at 14 days old
