Open Enrollment

** NOVEMBER is Designated Open Enrollment for Insurance Changes ** 

Our Open Enrollment window is November 1st through November 15th each year.  Information is communicated to all employees via our monitor system, email notices from Human Resources, and postings on plant bulletin boards.  If you cover a SPOUSE on the Aeropres Benefit Plan, you MUST complete the AFFIDAVIT OF SPOUSAL MEDICAL COVERAGE FORM each year during this time.  
  
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Outside of Open Enrollment, the only other time you can make changes to your coverage is within 30 days of a qualifying event such as marriage, separation, birth or adoption of a child, loss of coverage, etc.  Contact should be made with HR prior to a qualifying life event, if possible, so that important paperwork can be forwarded to you for completion.             

Note:  If you or your covered dependent have healthcare coverage through another source such as a Spouse's Group Plan, Medicare, etc., you must report it to HR at Open Enrollment or at the time he/she becomes eligible, whichever comes first.
