Active Employees (January 1 -December 31, 2022)

Medical / Pharmacy Coverage: 
​Employees that made insurance plan changes to Medical/Rx benefits effective January 1, 2023 have been issued new Medical insurance cards. These were mailed to your home address for each covered family member.  Employees that did not make any changes to their medical plan will continue to use insurance cards for Medical/Rx from 2022.  If you do not have your new cards, contact member services.

Dental / Vision Plan Coverage:  NEW PLAN PROVIDER for 2023
New Dental AND Vision Plan cards were mailed to all employees and their insured dependents enrolled in benefits for 2023.  Each insured member will have a Dental and Vision card.  If you do not have your new cards, contact HR for member services information.

Newly Hired Employees - Benefit Enrollment Information:
Benefit eligible employees hired after January 1, 2023:  Aeropres benefit information is provided in your New Employee Packet. Please review enrollment information and return completed paperwork with your HR/Payroll forms during New Hire Orientation. If you have any questions, please contact Human Resources.

If you made changes to your insurance coverage during Open Enrollment effective on January 1, 2021, new insurance cards will be mailed to you from Blue Cross Blue Shield (Medical/Rx) and AlwaysCare (Dental).  These should arrive prior to January 1st but may be delayed due to the holidays. Please contact Human Resources if you have not received cards by Friday, January 8th.

Employees continuing with the same coverage from 2020 to 2021 will continue to use the same insurance cards you currently have.

Now is a great time to make goals and focus on positive changes to you and your families health and wellness. Make a list of healthy changes you would like to implement one month at a time. Schedule your annual wellness visit with your doctor and discuss the best ways to take care of your health.
